Home/Workplace visit:

• Area coverage: Canterbury | Ashford | Herne Bay | Dover | Margate | Broadstairs | Whitstable and within a 20-mile radius of Canterbury.

• The minimum spend for home/workplace visit is £45 per session/visit.

• Distances outside 20-mile radius of Canterbury will be considered, but an additional mileage charge will be applied.

Block Bookings are available for 60 minute appointments only.

Appointments may be booked all at once or from appointment to appointment. However, Block Bookings must be paid for at the time of booking to preserve the discount. If not, full payment for all appointments must be made.

Please note as well, that Block Bookings must be used and completed within the 6 month period from date of first session. After the 6 month period has elapsed, any payments for unused sessions will be non-refundable.

Discounts: No additional discount can be given for Block Bookings.

Payments: 

• Payment for initial consultation and assessment must be made online at the time of booking. 

• All Block Bookings must be paid for at the time of booking to secure the booking and discount. If payment has not been made, the appointment slot may be given to another paying client.

• Payment for treatments can be made online at the time of booking.

• Please note that discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Cancelling an Appointment:  

• If you need to reschedule your appointment you must notify me (by phone or text) within 24 hours prior to your appointment, failing to do so, you will be charged a cancellation fee (the 50% cost of your appointment) at the discretion of Betty Mary Sports Massage.

• If you would like to cancel your appointment, you must notify me by phone or text within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please note that you will be charged a cancellation fee (the 50% cost of your appointment) at the discretion of Betty Mary Sports Massage.

• If you cancel your appointment or no show without notifying me by phone or text, or if you have notified me but is less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% cost of your appointment (no-refund) at the discretion of Betty Mary Sports Massage.
