After a Facial Treatment, it is recommended to avoid applying makeup for at least 12 hours to allow the skin to fully absorb the products used in the treatment, and also allow the skin to breathe and not clog the pores.

It's also important to avoid drinking caffeine or alcohol, as these can dehydrate the skin, making it dry and dull. Instead, drinking plenty of water (1.5-2 litres a day) will greatly improve the skin's complexion and help rid the body of toxins, giving you a healthy glow.

Avoiding sun exposure immediately after a facial treatment is also important as the top layer of dead skin cells will have been removed, making the skin more sensitive to sunlight. Remember to protect your skin from UV light on a daily basis to prevent skin damage.
